Replacing an Existing Bearing Part
Provide available drawings, part numbers, clear photos, shaft and housing dimensions, and information about the worn or damaged area.
For planned maintenance, also include the equipment position and required shutdown date.
*A severely worn bearing may no longer retain its original dimensions. Shaft, housing, or mating-part measurements may be required before manufacturing a replacement.

- Fit & Assembly: Shaft and housing fits, parting surfaces, backing structures, flanges, and mating components are checked before production.
- Operating Conditions: Load, speed, duty cycle, bearing-area temperature, dust, sealing, lubrication, and mating-part condition may affect the final technical requirements.
